Order Cancellation

While we make every effort to fulfil cancellation requests, it may become unfeasible if the order has already been processed and dispatched. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

Receipt of a handicraft or blue pottery item that is broken, defective, or does not match the description on the website.

Discovery of damage to the handicraft or blue pottery item during delivery should be reported immediately or within 3 days of receiving the order.

In case an incorrect handicraft or blue pottery item is delivered.

Refunds are available for orders of handicrafts or blue pottery lost in transit, and not delivered within the designated time frame.

Refunds can be processed in the event of unauthorized charges or fraudulent activities related to the purchase of handicrafts or blue pottery.
Non-Refundable Items
The items that are not refundable are as follows.

Refund eligibility for personalized items is limited to instances of damage or defects upon receipt.

Refund Process
A2G Traders Private Limited starts the refund procedure within 3 working business days after receiving and reviewing the returned item, to if it is eligible. The original payment method is used to handle refunds, and the time frame may change depending on the payment type you choose.
Contact our customer service staff as soon as possible after receiving the product to begin the refund process. Return the product along with all of the accessories, the original packing, and the paperwork.
Refund for Sale Items
If you buy something during a sale or special promotion, we want to let you know that we don't offer refunds for those items. Once you've bought something on sale, A2G Traders Private Limited can't give your money back. It's a part of the deal during these special times. So, make sure you're sure about your purchase.

International Refund & Return Policy:
We accept international orders, and if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may request a return or refund. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. In most cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect, in which case we may assist with the return shipping. Customs duties and import taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service for returns to avoid issues in transit.
